Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cke33 ("cke33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at cke33.net. These Terms govern all use of the cke33 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, promotional offers, and all other services provided by cke33.

Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings accrued in the account will be forfeited. Account Registration & Security

Account Verification (KYC)

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the cke33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). cke33 does not charge players any fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which cke33 bears no responsibility.

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension. Deposits are generally credited to your cke33 account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Currency & Rates

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the cke33 platform are denominated in BDT (৳). cke33 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If your payment provider applies any currency conversion, the resulting rate and any associated fees are entirely the responsibility of that provider, not cke33.

Bonuses & Promotions

cke33 regularly offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives tied to events on the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and T20 World Cup fixtures. General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above who hold a fully registered and verified cke33 account.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (sometimes called "playthrough requirements") unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied, unless the individual offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly permitted by the individual offer terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting activity on the cke33 platform is subject to the betting rules applicable to each specific market. All casino game activity is subject to the individual game rules provided by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). By participating in any betting or gaming activity on cke33, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the specific activity you are engaging in.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the relevant market remaining open. cke33 reserves the right to void bets placed after a market has been suspended or closed, or where odds were displayed in error.

• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or voided, cke33 will apply its standard void/postponement rules to affected bets. These are available within the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per player account. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games — including slots, live casino tables, and crash games such as Aviator by Spribe — use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. cke33 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• A player's historical results, streak, or balance do not affect the probability of future game outcomes. Each game round is independent.
• Disconnections during game play: if a network interruption occurs mid-round, the round will be resolved automatically by the game server. Results of automatically resolved rounds are final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes are set by each individual game and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may differ from your account balance limits.

Error & System Malfunction

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software bug that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, balances, or game outcomes, cke33 reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. cke33 is not liable to honour winnings that arose as a direct result of a system error. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cke33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Attempting to transfer funds between player accounts or using a player account as a conduit for payment processing on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing the cke33 platform from a jurisdiction where your use of the service is illegal under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of cke33 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Using the platform in any way that causes or is likely to cause interruption, damage, or impairment to the service, or that interferes with another player's legitimate use of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cke33 platform — including but not limited to the cke33 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary content — is the property of cke33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cke33 platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any cke33 content in any form without our prior written consent. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the cke33 platform or its underlying software.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their own licence terms. cke33 makes these games available to players under licence agreements with each provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cke33 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cke33 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other commercial or financial loss, even where cke33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cke33 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures (including payment provider outages), and events outside of cke33's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. cke33 will not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or missed opportunities arising from such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your cke33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Before closing your account, please ensure that any remaining account balance has been withdrawn. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. If your account closure request is made in the context of a gambling-related concern, our support team will treat it as a self-exclusion request and apply the appropriate protective measures.

Closure by cke33

cke33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account shows evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08 of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime associated with your account.

Where an account is closed by cke33 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at cke33's business discretion), any verified balance of legitimately deposited and wagered funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, minus any applicable deductions.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair and transparent operation applicable to online gambling platforms serving the Bangladesh market.

During any active dispute resolution process, cke33 may place a temporary hold on the portion of your account balance that is directly relevant to the dispute.
